The Locanda is the perfect spot from which to easily explore both regions very interesting for culture and landscapes

Once upon a time there was a very old mill... Today it is a charming Locanda with just eight rooms overlooking the creek "Esse" and a typical restaurant. An heaven of tranquillity and peace located in a picturesque landscape, famous all over the world for art, culture, cuisine and great wines.

    The  Locanda del Molino, thanks to everybody for the great year spent together.

    We will be closed from January the 9th  for a short period of holiday.

    Locanda's Staff wish to invite everybody next February the 10th for new opening party.

    • The territory

      Locanda del Molino,  with its romantic rooms, is located in Montanare and it is a real authentic Inn,  just few kilometers away from the Etruscan town of Cortona. Cortona is a gem of a walled town terraced up a steep hillside covered with olive trees and vineyards.
